CHAPTER V

OF THE NATIONAL ADVISORY COMMISSION

ARTICLE 69.- The National Advisory Commission is a permanent National Body.

ARTICLE 70 - The National Advisory Commission will be made up of the historical Leaders of our

Organization and will be strengthened with the incorporation of the General Secretaries at the end of their term, and

They must be validated, through election, in the corresponding Ordinary National Congress.

ARTICLE 71. - Its members are full members, with voice and vote in the breadth of their terms. These charges are not waivable.

ARTICLE 72o. - The National Advisory Commission, in accordance with the National Executive Committee, may participate before any instance of

authority, as well as represent the Organization in the most diverse fields, and also form part of joint commissions in the

attention to problems that, due to their complex nature, are convenient for the Union.
